Rest in peace to those on board KI574… a tragedy that was so mysterious, so baffling, everyone thought it was either an extremely rare technical defect, or something supernatural.
Unfortunately, the truth was somewhat very basic… human error, and a type of human error whose extent of damage and destruction has never before seen in the industry caused by pure and simple greed.

Has the KNKT final report for this crash been released? Why is Merpati’s MA-60 report out so much earlier than this case.
KNKT final report on Adam Air 574 has been released a long time ago, at 25 March 2008.
